Acceptance

By using the Fractune app or visiting fractune.dk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

Purpose of the Service

Fractune is a tool for fractal fluence analysis of building facades. The app calculates a fractal dimension (D-value) based on the box-counting method and contributes results to a public dataset.

Contributions to the Dataset

When you analyse a building, you agree that the result will be published in the shared dataset. You do not retain copyright over individual analysis results, as they are factual measurements.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Fractune to submit false or manipulated data, overload the API, or attempt to identify other contributors. Misuse may result in your contributor ID being blocked.

Disclaimer

Fractune is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy of analysis results. D-values are approximations and should not be used as the sole basis for professional or scientific decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
